RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Junior Asset Manager you work together with the Asset Manager in planning the necessary technical activities in the production plant and you are jointly responsible for the optimization of the installation by continuously improving the Overall Asset Effectiveness.
o You will develop reliability projects for specific installation parts in the existing production plant.
o For the EO and Surfactants expansion projects you will take on a number of tasks to prepare for the start-up: setting up the SAP functional structures, taking care of the necessary spare parts and parts lists, drawing up the preventive maintenance plans, designing the technical documentation management, giving specific training to operators and technicians, etc ...
o You will also be involved in replacement investments, inspection plans, etc.
o You will monitor the maintenance costs and you prepare the budgets.
o You contribute to updating the production plant specific product key.
o You are also responsible for commissioning and assessing technical tasks (maintenance, installation changes).
o You contribute to the determination of the asset strategy and the investment planning.

QUALIFICATIONS

• You have a Master in Industrial Engineering Mechanical / Electrical or Master of Science in Engineering Mechanical / Electrical.
• You already have a first work experience. If this experience is in a similar environment, then this is a plus (but it is certainly not a requirement).
• You like an approach where you always work things out in depth.
• You are analytical and problem-solving, change-minded, communicative and driven.
• You also have good technical knowledge, you are creative and you are open to innovations.
