The role involves the following tasks:
- Managing and motivating the AP team
- Managing automatization and digitalization projects in the procurement to pay process
- Designing, driving and implementing AP efficiency process improvements
- Establishing and maintaining excellent internal and external working relationships with business, suppliers, auditors, etc
- Performing mid-year and year-end performance evaluations
- Monitoring AP KPIs, unbooked invoices, outstanding purchase orders and service receipts
- Supporting ad-hoc internal and external audit requests
Profiel
- You have a Bachelor degree in Accounting or Economics
- 3-5 years of experience in Accounts Payable Accounting
- You are an experienced people manager with solid communication skills
- You have experience with systems such as ERP software, operational systems, MS Office
- You are process-oriented and a true problem-solver
- You have a positive and hands-on attitude
