As AP Manager you will be responsible for the entire procurement to pay process in cooperation with Procurement & Cash Management.

Jobomschrijving

The role involves the following tasks:

  • Managing and motivating the AP team
  • Managing automatization and digitalization projects in the procurement to pay process
  • Designing, driving and implementing AP efficiency process improvements
  • Establishing and maintaining excellent internal and external working relationships with business, suppliers, auditors, etc
  • Performing mid-year and year-end performance evaluations
  • Monitoring AP KPIs, unbooked invoices, outstanding purchase orders and service receipts
  • Supporting ad-hoc internal and external audit requests

Profiel

  • You have a Bachelor degree in Accounting or Economics
  • 3-5 years of experience in Accounts Payable Accounting
  • You are an experienced people manager with solid communication skills
  • You have experience with systems such as ERP software, operational systems, MS Office
  • You are process-oriented and a true problem-solver
  • You have a positive and hands-on attitude
